Traditionally yoga was taught one-to-one. Working in this way can be a deeply rewarding experience; whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner this is a completely different way to work. The session is about you, we will focus on your needs and explore a yoga practice that supports you as an individual.
As a beginner to yoga we may start by looking at the fundamentals of the practice. If you are working with injuries we could explore how to support them. If you are an experienced yoga practitioner we may look at refining your practice. Each session will be about working from where you are and can be slotted into your schedule in the workplace, at home or yoga studio.
After my initial yoga teacher training I completed Embodied relational yoga therapy: the art of teaching one-to-one with Kate Ellis. A training focused on developing the teaching skills required for working in a one-to-one capacity in an embodied and relational way.
