'The 1-2-1 sessions I had with Laura have been absolutely wonderful and beneficial to my practice as a performer and choreographer. Laura is a great teacher who knows how to teach a private class that aims at the specific needs of the student. Coming from an artistic background I really enjoyed that she allowed the space for me to explore where my body would like to take me during each session. This being said, I highly recommend her classes also to be people who have little to no yoga experience.
